Assigning the right ConfigItem while accepting a ticket.
You have a well-maintained CMDB, your customer calls you and reports a problem with his printer. With CustomerCIInfo, you can connect the ticket with the printer while registering it.
While registering the ticket, an additional box appears in the creation interface, listing all ConfigItems of the customer.
You can directly select those ConfigItems which are affected by this ticket. As soon as the ticket is created, it will be linked to the selected ConfigItem.
