An advanced ticket calendar
An advanced ticket calendar with which you will not miss any dates regarding tickets.
A calendar usually helps to keep an eye on all appointments. The ticket event calendar for the dashboard in the standard ((OTRS)) Community Editionis barely flexible or informative. Dynamic fields have to be created for tickets, they need to be filled and then – if they are in the right queue – the tickets are shown in the calendar.
We improved the calendar so that you have numerous possibilities to determine which tickets should be shown. For example reminder tickets with reminder date. Escalating tickets or – similar to the standard – dependent on dynamic fields.
But not all tickets look the same: Different icons help to see quickly if it is a reminder ticket or another kind of ticket. Even the color of the entries can be configurated. This way one can comfortably set up a calendar whereby every agent can quickly see which events are coming up for him or her.
